It was a historic night in PubPop's short history: our first, first place tie. With 28 points each, both
Screw You Metro and
Hamburger-Cake will be rubbing elbows in the Winner's Circle this week. Also, both teams should be prepared for a tie-breaker next week (March 15) to see who wins the ever-coveted first-place pizza prize. Here at the PubPop Lab we are working around the clock to make sure that the
Great Pizza Conflict of 2009 is never repeated...
It was a close race among the rest of the field with
Flakes the Size of Cats coming in second (27 points), followed by
Destiny's Stepchild,
The Bastard Sons of Alex Trebek,
Meat Pie,
AMT, and
Team Bonkers.
